This is a primary tool used when designing suspension. I've used this tool to take what we feel on the bike and be able to document the damping curves in the shop. It's used at the manufacturing level to ensure consistency and quality assurance in mass production.

TR Designs and Service will bring this critical tool to the end user experience. If you sign up for a service, you'll have your shock or fork damper checked on the dyno. It will show where your current product is at as far as damping range. It will then be disassembled and wear parts such as O-rings and shims. It will then get rebleed on a state-of-the-art LABA 7 Vacuum bleed machine with factory oil specific to your product. From there the shock goes back to the dyno and checked for range of adjustment and quality of the bleeding process. This will all be documented and shared with the customer and also saved for future reference.
